The project developed by Caves Valley Partners includes a 22,000-square-foot strip mall with eight tenant spaces and a 3,500-square-foot pad site slated to hold a Chase Bank. Other tenants include Men's Warehouse, Tropical Smoothie Cafe, Habit Burger Grill, Nail Trix and European Wax Center. Towson Station also holds over 200 parking spaces.

Designed by Curry Architects is Towson Station, a Caves Valley Partnership property. The design includes two retail buildings anchored by tenants Mission BBQ and Men’s Warehouse. Towson Station is located on the busy corner of York Road and Bosley Avenue. As one of the many gateways to downtown Towson, new signage will be incorporated to welcome visitors to the County Seat.

While working with Chesapeake Contracting Group we saw a team that worked through each obstacle with forethought and a key sense of attention to detail. The final product is a site redevelopment that we are extremely proud to identify it as ours.
