This project consisted of 38 Car Bay Service Department with Clinker Tile flooring, Skylights and fully Air Conditioned and Heated space, Full Service Drive-thru Carwash and Prep bays with High Speed Energy Efficient Overhead Doors, Computerized High Density Remstar Part Carousels, Customer Service areas including Lounge, Boutique and Waiting areas, closed circuit television and wireless internet access. In addition to the corporate image program, our team utilized a variety of innovative energy efficient designs. Features such as the white TPO roofing system, increasing thickness and quality of all building insulation, thermally broken storefront system with Low E glazing, special light fixture package, occupancy lighting sensors and high efficiency roof top units. All of this was provided while meeting and exceeding the LEED “Certified” Point Requirements.
