Chesapeake Receives Both Diamond and Platinum Awards From ABC Greater Baltimore

We’re excited to announce that Chesapeake proudly received both the Diamond and Platinum Awards from ABC Greater Baltimore at this year’s awards ceremony. It was an honor to attend and be recognized among the top projects in the region.

The Diamond Excellence Awards are given to projects that received a perfect score during the judging process. This prestigious award was presented to 40TEN, Baltimore’s first mass timber office building. This 105,000 SF space, designed by Moseley Architects, showcases innovative construction featuring exposed timber, wood ceilings, and expansive glass lines, setting a new standard for sustainable office buildings.

Greenberg Gibbons Headquarters earned the Platinum Award for its exceptional interior fit-out within 40TEN. Designed by JP2 Architects, the 11,509 SF office space blends workspaces, shared areas, and conference rooms with the natural wood elements and striking architecture of the building.
