McDonogh School – Playground

Chesapeake is proud to continue our successful partnership with the McDonogh School on transformative campus projects that enhance both learning and play. Most recently, we upgraded the Lower School playground with custom-designed wood fiber, boulders, site amenities, and plantings to foster outdoor play and exploration.

In 2021, we completed the 67,000-square-foot Marlene & Stewart Greenebaum Middle School, a state-of-the-art facility that enhances the educational experience. In 2018, we delivered the Fader Innovation Center, a cutting-edge, open-concept space dedicated to robotics, hands-on training, and STEM education.

Through each project, we build lasting relationships with clients by providing strong leadership, proactive problem-solving, and accurate estimates—delivering results that exceed expectations and continue to earn us repeat business.
