Park Overlook

Our team and valued trade partners are nearing the finish line on Park Overlook in Cary, NC!

Once complete, this industrial project developed by Greenberg Gibbons Properties will feature two tilt-up buildings totaling 162,000 SF and the development of an 18.8-acre site.

Currently, paving is underway and will continue over the next several weeks. Steel installation is complete on both buildings, and next week, roofing will begin on Building 1 while storefront and door installation starts on Building 2.
