NAIOP MD Award of Excellence

We’re proud to announce that three of Chesapeake’s projects have won NAIOP Maryland Awards of Excellence.

Among them is GAF Newkirk West, a 49,600 SF 1-story tilt-up concrete structure with an integrated bridge connecting the existing operating facility to the new distribution and office building. Additionally, awarded work includes 40TEN, a pioneering 105,000 SF mass timber office space—the first of its kind in Baltimore, MD. We also completed the interior fit-out of Greenberg Gibbons’ new office headquarters within 40TEN with JP2 Architects, showcasing our ability to deliver tailored spaces that meet our clients’ needs.
