North Carolina Update

Chesapeake has broken ground on Park Overlook, an industrial project located in Cary, North Carolina for Greenberg Gibbons Properties. This project will feature two tilt-up buildings with a combined area of 162,000 square feet upon completion.

In other news, Chesapeake is excited to welcome Ken Braswell to our team!

Ken joins Chesapeake as a business developer for the Southeast region, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise in the field.

In his new role, Ken will be based out of our Raleigh, North Carolina office where he will focus on developing relationships and identifying new business opportunities to support Chesapeake’s growth initiatives.
