Ritchie Self Storage

Chesapeake has broken ground on Ritchie Self Storage in Pasadena, MD.

Designed by Penney Design Group, this project will consist of two separate buildings: a 1-story facility spanning 23,500 SF with leasable space and a 2-story, 65,500 SF storage building with office space. In total, there will be 677 units, all accessible from ground level.

Currently, we are completing the perimeter strip footing for Building 2 and are halfway through the 10′ foundation wall. In the coming weeks, we will be backfilling the 10′ foundation wall and conducting curb and paving work around both buildings.
