Hunt Valley Towne Centre Improvements

February 19, 2025 | By Chesapeake Contracting Group | Recently Completed

Chesapeake is proud to announce the successful completion of improvements to the Hunt Valley Towne Centre in Cockeysville, MD.

In partnership with JP2 Architects, we transformed a vacant anchor building into a dynamic retail space now home to Onelife Fitness and Ashley’s Furniture. The renovation included removing the Sears façade for modern storefronts and a welcoming entrance to the Onelife Vestibule. Two new pad buildings with outdoor seating and terraces were added to improve accessibility and walkability.

Chesapeake’s involvement with the Hunt Valley development dates back to 1980 when Bobby Ginsberg built the original mall and then partnered with Greenberg Gibbons for its revitalization in 2005. Our ongoing work here reflects our commitment to shaping vibrant community spaces.
