The Ella at Carillon

Chesapeake recently finished construction on The Ella at Carillon, a medical office building situated in Upper Marlboro, MD.

Located in the heart of Prince George’s County Capital Region Medical Center, this project is a 5-story, 125,000 SF Class A medical office space. The building is equipped with 459 surface parking spaces, an elegant lobby, and an outdoor terrace area on the second floor boasting expansive views complemented by green roof plantings.

The Ella at Carillon will serve the healthcare and wellness needs of the Largo community and the wider Prince George’s County.
