CCG completed a new 90,000 SF Toyota dealership and two-story service center in Springfield, VA. The project included 17 acres of brownfield site development and a turf soccer field for Fairfax County Park Authority. The dealership replaces the 25,000 SF building that CCG built three decades ago. The project is scheduled to achieve a LEED Gold Certification.
