Frank Settleman

Frank Settleman is the President of Chesapeake Contracting Group, with over 30 years of construction industry experience. His background provides a balance of private commercial developments and multi-residential construction expertise, having managed over ten million square feet of construction projects. In his role, Frank oversees the firm’s business strategy, overall financial health and executive management by combining direction and highly motivated leadership with experience, passion and dedication. Frank believes in building next level success in partnership with his clients and enriching the lives of Chesapeake's associates. Frank has been with Chesapeake for more than 20 years, where he started as a Project Manager, and was elected to President in 2015.
