Jessica Magin

Jessie Magin serves as Chesapeake's Human Resources Director. Jessie joined Chesapeake with a degree from Towson University and over 20 years of Construction related Human Resource Management experience. She is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices. Jessie strives for complete employee engagement and well-being through communication, leadership, and continuous training!
