Micah Boyce

Micah Boyce serves as Chesapeake's Vice President of Pre-Construction, having been in the industry for over 20 years. Micah develops and implements procedures and processes for all pre-construction services. He mentors, trains, and recruits associates to add value through the pre-con process, while managing workload and resources for budgets, bids, and proposals. Micah steers the company's efforts for Value Engineering at all levels of the process.
